A 23-year-old woman was gunned down by an unidentified man in a residential highrise building's parking area in Noida on Wednesday morning.Police said the deceased, Anjali Rathour, worked as a Trainee Engineer in the Sales Department of a mobile manufacturing company in Sector 62 of Noida. She was a native of Yumuna Nagar in Haryana and stayed in a sharing accommodation on third floor with her five friends in Shatabdi Rail Vihar Apartment Society.The incident occurred at around 6.30 a.m when some residents informed police about her killing in the parking area."Initial investigations suggest that she got a call from a man believed to be her boyfriend Ashwani at around 6.05 a.m. She later went to meet him in the parking area of the building."The CCTV footage of around 6.30 a.m shows a man chasing her and she running to avoid him.  In a push to make people switch to its Bing search engine, Microsoft will now pay users in Britain to use Bing over competitors like Google Search.As part of its "Rewards" scheme, Microsoft will now allow users to earn points for making purchases online and simply searching the web which can then be redeemed for music and movies. "The rewards scheme has been introduced to give something to Microsoft's current users as well as helping to attract new customers to Bing and its online store," wired.co.uk reported on Thursday. There are two levels of points to redeem. Level 1 members can earn points for 10 searches per day while those at Level 2 can earn reward points for 50 searches per day. The number of searches used are refreshed each day.The rewards scheme will also be launched in France, Germany and Canada soon, the company said. 

The tunneling river of the Hoogly River for the East West Metro Project will take about a month and a half to shut down the country's first under-river project, officials said Wednesday.  Tunneling under water for Paris and London connected to Europe is technically comparable.  The Metro corridor bridges two of the most populous areas, Howrah and Kolkata, and has been planned to drastically cut down on travel cost and time, almost by an hour and a half. Once it is commissioned in 2019, the track would entail travelling at a depth of over a 10-storied building below the water surface for almost half a kilometer across the 460 metre-wide Hooghly.  The 16.6 km project aims to connect Salt Lake's Sector V, Kolkata's IT hub with Howrah Maidan. Out of the total 16.55 km line, 5.8 km is on an elevated corridor while 10.8 km will run underground.  The 520-metre twin tunnels under the river are part of the underground stretch. Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan has narrowly miss crashed into a road accident. Shahrukh is currently in the movie 'Dwarf' directed by Anand L.Roy. Currently shooting is going on in Meerut. The ceiling on the sets collapsed during filming. At that time, when the sharukh khan was sit next to him, the Clay bridges have fallen. But he did not have any injuries.Two unit members were injured in the incident. They immediately rushed to the local hospital for treatment. The filmmaker says their situation is much better now. The shooting has been suspended due to the incident. Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma are playing the lead roles in the film.Dwarf means short and small. Hyderabad May 29 : A great loss to the Telugu film industry.   Prominent Tollywood director and former union minister Dasari Narayana Rao passed away on Tuesday evening at KIMS hospital, where he has been admitted a week ago. He was 75. Dasari's health condition turned critical at KIMS hospital, where he was put on haemo-dialysis. The doctors had performed a surgery to him three days ago. Dasari had undergone gastric balloon surgery three days ago.  Post this surgery, several internal organs were found to be infected. From Tuesday morning, heavy fluctuations were noticed in his blood pressure and sugar levels. It may recalled that the ace director had fallen sick a month ago after he complained of difficulty in breathing. He was later discharged from the hospital after treatment. Since then, his health continued to deteriorate.
